The PTA “Parent Volunteers” have begun to provide services to assist in maintaining order outside the school gate during school hours and after school, borrowing books, etc. During the service period, the volunteers wear red uniforms. Parents are requested to support and cooperate with the volunteers in their work.

1. Participate in activities identified by the family (such as Christmas party, family travel, seminars, etc.) at a membership price.
2. Borrow children’s books, parenting books or CDs from the Library Department of the Family Church of Dezhen Kindergarten.
   • If the Open Day of the Book Department meets school holidays or special events (such as school trips, birthday parties, etc.), relevant services will be suspended; the book return date will be postponed by one week.
   • The books and CD-ROM information of the PTA Library. For details, please refer to the distributed book catalog or log in to our school website www.tckg.edu.hk Check the book catalog inside.
   • When borrowing books, members must present a valid membership card, which is collected by the on-duty volunteers of the library and kept in the school until the book or CD is returned.
   • Members can borrow up to two books or CDs at a time, and they will be returned one week later. If no one else makes an appointment for borrowing, each book or CD can be renewed immediately.
   • When returning books or CDs, members must pass the inspection by the volunteers on duty and return the membership card before leaving. After the return procedure is completed, parents must take care of the returned membership card to avoid losing it.
   • Those who return books or CDs late will be subject to a fine, which is calculated at $5 per week.
   • If the loaned book or CD is damaged or defaced, the member needs to compensate at the price. If the book or CD is out of print or the market value has increased, the compensation will be based on the market value at the time, but the ownership of the book or CD is vested Home church all.
3. Anyone who presents the membership card to patronize or make purchases at designated companies can receive discounts (except for special offers).
