Information on Admission to K1 Classes in the 2026/2027 School Year

Effective from 1 September 2025, application forms may be obtained through the following methods: (No limit)

  • Online completion and submission   
  • Collect in person at our school

     Collection times are as follows:
     From 8 September 2025 (Monday)

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00–11:30 a.m. / 1:30–4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00–11:00 a.m.

Please complete the Application for Admission and submit it online or in person at our school within the period listed below. Applications submitted by post will not be accepted.

(There is no quota for receiving application forms.)

  • Online submission:
    The school will reply by email within two weeks upon receiving the application to confirm receipt and issue the interview notice.
  • Submission in person:
    The school will confirm receipt of the application at the time of submission and will issue the interview notice by email within two weeks upon receiving the application.
  • Submission times are as follows:
    Monday to Friday: 9:00–11:30 a.m. / 1:30–4:00 p.m.
    Saturday: 9:00–11:00 a.m.

  • Interview performance
  • For applicants applying for whole day classes, those with family needs will be given priority consideration. (Please note that due to the limited number of places, not all applicants who meet the priority criteria will be admitted.)

Interview arrangements for applications submitted after 1 November 2025:

Our school will arrange interviews for all children applying for admission to K1.

  • On the interview day, parents are required to pay the application fee of HKD $40 and submit the following documents:
    • One recent half-body photo of the applicant
    • A copy of the birth certificate
    • For applicants not born in Hong Kong, please also submit a copy of the proof of residency in Hong Kong
  • Interview arrangements:
    • Children under 3 years old: Parents must accompany the child during the interview.
    • Children aged 3 or above: Parents do not need to accompany the child during the interview.
    • The interview will take approximately 10–15 minutes.
    • After the child’s interview with the teacher, the teacher will have a brief meeting with the parents.
  • The interview content will be adjusted according to the child’s applying level and will mainly be conducted through conversation, games, and simple Q&A activities.

  • Our School will inform parents of the result by e-mail on or before the 12th December 2025.
  • Student on the waiting list will be notified by phone before 10th January 2026.

  1. Parents are required to apply the registration at our kindergarten between the date of 8th January 2026 to 10th January 2026 (Centralized Registration Dates), along with the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”/”Kindergarten Admission Pass” and pay the registration fee.
  2. Parents please noted that if you cannot submit the “Registration Certificate/ Enrollment Permit” on the designated registration date, the school will not be able to complete the formalities for the admission of children, so parents must apply to the Education Bureau within the specified date with relevant registration documents. For more information please refer to the Education Bureau for the 2026/27 school year of the kindergarten (K1) admission.
  3. The registration fee for the whole-day class is HK$1,570, and the half-day class is HK$970. If parents choose to transfer to other kindergarten after registration, please inform us by writing letter to our school for returning the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”/”kindergarten Admission Pass” but the registration fee are non-refundable. Plus, our school will no longer keeping the vacancy for the student.
